Shipping & Returns

Q: Do you ship to Canada or US Territories?

We are not shipping orders outside the 50 United States at this time.

Q: Can you ship to Freight Forwarders?

No we do not.

Q: When will my order ship?

We strive to ship all in-stock items the same business day. For all other items, the shipping time will be noted on the description page.

Q: What shipping options are available?

We ship using FedEx, UPS and other carriers. Expedited delivery options are available at checkout on most items. Some items are limited to ground shipment only due to size or weight restrictions.

Q: How will you ship my order?

We ship primarily through FedEx. CartsPros reserves the option to choose the best carrier available at the time of shipment.

Q: When will I receive my order?

Standard ground shipments will take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on which continental state you ship to (a business day is a non-holiday weekday, weekends are not counted). Expedited shipments will arrive in the amount of business days you select, prior to shipping. When your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link you can use to track your order.

Q: Backordered items

We will contact you via email in case the product you ordered is on backorder. Other items on your order that are not on backorder we may ship items separately.

Q: Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

CartsPros will accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of purchase, except for special order items or assemblies.


CartsPros Return Requirements:

  1. Items must be returned to CartsPros within 90 days of purchase.
  2. All returns require proof of purchase.
  3. Returned products must be in good condition in the original packaging. .
  4. You must call (855) 982-2787 for return shipping information. Please have the following information when calling:
    1. Date of purchase and original invoice or order number
    2. Item number(s)
    3. Reason for return
  5. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility on returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.
  6. Special order and non-stock items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  7. No returns on discontinued items.
  8. No returns on items shipped Internationally.
  9. Misused parts will be returned to the sender at the senders cost.
